As I unpacked all of my winter clothes, I was bummed to see that I didn’t pack them in the best condition. All of my coats and sweaters had little matted sections from a winter spent keeping me warm. I talked to my mom about maybe taking them to be dry cleaned (I was hesitant after Erin’s horror story), but she suggested I get a lint shaver first.
I vaguely remembered seeing something like that for a crazy amount of money, but I figured I’d give it a try. I headed over to Joann’s with my trusty 40% off coupon, and it ended up only being $5 after the coupon! (Here’s a link to buy it on Amazon.)
I tell you what, I’m hooked! It’s easy to work, and after using it, all of my winter clothes look like new! I love it so much I’ve even refreshed all of my husband’s winter clothes too (when I showed him the before and after, he was really impressed).
I’ve had it less than a week, so I can’t say whether or not it’s durable, but for less than $10, it’s completely worth it. Head out and grab yourself one if your coats and sweaters need a face-lift.
